WORKSHOP & RETREAT DETAILS
Open Heart Level 5 & 6 Workshops (May 18 & 19):
Prerequisite: have completed Open Heart Level 1 – 4 Workshops
LEVEL 5 Fee: 1st time participant $225, repeater $75
LEVEL 6 Fee: 1st time participant $250, repeater $80
Grateful Retreat (May 20 & 21):
Prerequisite: have completed Mastering Reiki TUMMO (MRT) OR have completed 1 Spiritual Retreat AND have completed Open Heart Level 6 Workshop
Fee: 1st time participant $350, repeater $125

After you have registered online you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on paying your final balance. You can
pay your final balance via check written to "Idayanti Sudiro", and mail check to: 12010 Magnolia Blvd. #104, Valley Village, CA 91607, OR pay your final balance vial PayPal - whereby you will receive an email with instructions explaining how to do so, after you have registered and paid the $200 deposit.
We have secured a block of rooms at a group discounted room rate at The Hotel Fullerton (formerly Crowne Plaza Hotel) http://www.hfullerton.com/. All rooms have a refrigerator, and there are vending areas on each floor of the main building and are available upon request.
a) Including Breakfast - 1/2 persons occupancy: $99 + 10% tax, 3/4 persons occupancy (2 queen beds): $109 + 10% tax.
b) Without Breakfast - 1/2 persons occupancy: $89 + 10% tax, 3/4 persons occupancy (2 queen beds): $99 + 10% tax.

Check in time is 3:00 PM, and checkout time is 12:00 PM. Guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. Guests departing after 12:00 PM will be charged a full days room rental.
